0. Official published standards

This page is the official published Anonimka standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) for Google Play, other app stores, and service users.

These standards apply to every Anonimka version: web app, Android app, iOS app, Telegram bot, and VK Mini App.

1. Our position

The service is an adult platform. Registration by anyone under 18, attempts to contact minors, grooming, sexual discussions involving children, and any child sexual abuse material are prohibited.

2. Age verification

• the user confirms they are at least 18 years old
• when in doubt, the service may request additional age confirmation
• accounts with minor indicators are blocked pending review or permanently

3. Content moderation

• automated and manual review of suspicious text, photos, and reports
• immediate removal of confirmed prohibited content
• priority review of reports involving minors

4. Cooperation with authorities and organizations

When CSAM, risk to a child, or exploitation indicators are found, we may preserve necessary data, remove content, block the account, and report to competent authorities or specialized organizations when required by law or safety.

Confirmed CSAM is removed, necessary evidence may be preserved, related accounts are blocked, and reports are sent to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority when required by law or safety.

5. Consequences of violations

• immediate account ban without restoration
• removal of prohibited content and related profiles
• data disclosure when legally required or necessary for safety
