1. Introduction

This policy explains how Anonimka collects, uses, stores, and protects user data across all service versions: web, Telegram, VK Mini Apps, Android, and iOS.

2. Data we collect

2.1. Telegram data

• Telegram ID
• nickname, username, profile name, and interface language
• Premium status when Telegram provides it to the service

2.2. Sign-in data

• Telegram, Google, Apple, VK, or Email identifiers
• email address when used for login or provided by the provider
• one-time login codes and technical session information

2.3. Data you provide

• display name, country, region, city, and language settings
• profiles, text, photos, description, gender, age, and preferences
• private chat messages, world chat messages, and support requests
• payment information for Premium accounting: date, amount, platform, status

2.4. Automatically collected data

• IP, User-Agent, device/browser information
• visit time, in-app actions, technical logs, and error reports
• approximate geolocation or user-selected location for local pools

3. How we use data

3.1. Core features

• creating and showing profiles, matching by city and country
• private chats, world chat, likes, and notifications

3.2. Safety and moderation

• detecting spam, fraud, rule violations, and ban evasion
• reviewing reports, removing prohibited content, and blocking offenders

3.3. Analytics and service improvement

We use aggregated statistics to understand load, feature popularity, errors, and interface quality.

3.4. Email notifications and reminders

We may send service emails, new message alerts, important changes, reactivation reminders, and one-time login codes. Mailing emails include an unsubscribe option, except access codes requested by the user.

4. How we store data

4.1. Database

Data is stored in a protected database and used only for service operation, safety, moderation, support, and legal requirements.

4.2. Retention period

Profiles and messages are stored while the account is active or while needed for safety and report handling. Technical logs may be stored for a limited period to investigate errors, abuse, and legal requests.

4.3. Telegram Cloud Storage

In Telegram WebApp, some local settings may be stored in Telegram Cloud Storage or device localStorage.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with other users as visible in profiles or chats; technical providers for hosting, email, payments, and analytics; and authorities when legally required or needed for safety.

Anonimka is for adults 18+ only. We do not allow minors to register and apply zero tolerance to material or behavior involving child exploitation. Child safety.
