Anonimka Terms of Service (EULA)

Please read this agreement carefully before using the service. By using Anonimka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to comply with all provisions of this agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the administration of the Anonimka application ("Service", "Administration").
By using the application, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have full legal capacity
- Act voluntarily and consciously
- Understand the legal consequences of accepting these terms
2. Service Description
Anonimka is an online platform for social interaction and communication between adult users.
Features:
- Creating and publishing profiles for communication
- Private messaging
- Public "World Chat"
- Profile search by different criteria
- Geolocation system for finding users
- Additional Premium features
3. Age Restrictions (18+)

The application is intended ONLY for people who are at least 18 years old. Access by minors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
By registering, you guarantee that:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have the legal right to use the service in your jurisdiction
- You will not transfer your account to minors
Providing false age information results in immediate blocking and transfer of data to law enforcement authorities.
4. Rules of Conduct and Permitted Use
4.0. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Anonimka follows a zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited content and abusive behavior. Content involving minors, illegal or pornographic content, harassment, threats, fraud, spam, sale or purchase of intimate content/services, and any actions violating this Agreement are prohibited.
User reports are reviewed by moderation within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the Administration removes prohibited content and blocks the user who posted such content or engaged in abusive behavior.
4.1. Strictly Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account blocking:
4.1.1. Materials Involving Minors
- Posting, distributing, or storing any materials (photo, video, text) involving persons under 18
- Attempts to meet or contact minors
- Discussion or promotion of sexual relations with minors
- A violation results in immediate transfer of data to law enforcement authorities
4.1.2. Illegal Content
- Publishing pornographic materials (videos/photos of sexual acts, display of genitals)
- Distribution of violent or extremist materials
- Promotion of drugs, weapons, or prohibited substances
- Violation of third-party copyrights
4.1.3. Unlawful Actions
- Harassment, stalking, or threats against other users
- Fraud, extortion, or blackmail
- Impersonating another person
- Unauthorized collection of other users' personal data
- Hacking attempts or violation of system security
4.1.4. Spam and Commercial Activity
- Mass sending of unwanted messages (spam)
- Commercial advertising without permission from the Administration
- Offering commercial sexual services
- Pyramid schemes, MLM schemes, and financial fraud
4.1.5. Technical Violations
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems
- DDoS attacks or attempts to overload the server
- Distribution of viruses or malware
- Attempts to bypass technical restrictions of the Service
4.1.6. Violation of Law
- Any actions that violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, or your country of residence
- Calls for extremism, terrorism, or violence
- Incitement of ethnic, religious, or social hatred
4.1.7. Sale, Purchase, and Payment for Intimate Content/Services
Strictly prohibited:
- Selling intimate materials — any commercial activity involving distribution of explicit photos, videos, or other materials
- Buying, ordering, or offering payment for intimate content/services, including offers of money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or other rewards for an intimate meeting, sexual acts, or explicit materials
- Commercial distribution of explicit images for money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment
- Advertising paid intimate services — posting offers to sell intimate photos/videos
- Redirecting to paid platforms — links to OnlyFans, Patreon, or similar services for the purpose of selling explicit content
- A violation results in immediate and irreversible account blocking without warning
4.1.8. Publishing Contacts in Profiles
Profiles may not contain:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, messenger IDs
- Links or usernames of social network accounts (Instagram, VK, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Any URLs to third-party websites
- Mentions of messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Discord, etc.) intended to move communication away from the Service
The same restrictions apply to the first message and chat request (see section 4.1.9). Exchanging contacts is allowed only in private chats after trust is established and with mutual consent. Profiles and messages containing contact data are removed; repeated violations lead to account blocking.
4.1.9. Contact Spam and Moving Communication Off the Platform
In the first message, chat request, or at the beginning of a conversation without prior communication, it is prohibited to include:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, or messenger IDs
- Calls to move to WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, or other external services ("write me on WhatsApp", "message me on Telegram", etc.)
- Links to third-party websites and chats
- Template messages combining a generic phrase ("hello", "let's meet", "I want to meet") with contact details or a request to immediately move to an external messenger
Such actions are treated as spam, an attempt to bypass moderation and Service protection mechanisms, and an increased fraud risk. A violation may result in message removal, warning, temporary or permanent blocking; in case of repeated violations, mass sending of identical texts, or suspected fraud, the Administration may block the account immediately at its discretion (sections 5.1 and 12.1).
4.2. Permitted Use
4.2.1. Permitted Adult Content
- Explicit text messages between adult users
- Flirting and discussion of intimate topics within the law
- Profile photos in swimwear or underwear (without display of genitals)
- Artistic erotic photos (not pornography)
4.2.2. Permitted Communication
- Searching for partners for romantic relationships, friendship, or communication
- Exchanging personal photos in private chats (with mutual consent of both parties)
- Arranging real-life meetings (at your own risk)
- Voluntary exchange of contact details (Telegram, Instagram, etc.)
4.2.3. Boundary Between Permitted and Prohibited
- Allowed: photo in erotic lingerie
- Not allowed: photo of naked genitals
- Allowed: text "I want to meet you"
- Not allowed: "I will pay for sex" (commercial services)
- Allowed: arranging a meeting
- Not allowed: extorting money for a meeting
5. Moderation and Rights of the Administration
5.1. The Administration has the right, at its own discretion, without prior notice and without explanation, to:
- Remove, edit, or block any content
- Suspend or terminate any user's access
- Refuse registration and use of the Service
- Change application functionality or discontinue the Service
If spam, fraud, contact spam, or other violations are suspected, the Administration may block the account immediately. The Administration's decision is final.
5.2. Consequences of Violations:
- Warning
- Temporary blocking (24 hours to 30 days)
- Permanent ban
- Transfer of data to the police
5.3. User Reports
If you find content or behavior that violates this Agreement, use the "Report" function in the Application and describe the violation in as much detail as possible. The Administration will review the report within 24 hours. The Administration's decision is final.
6. Privacy
We collect: Telegram ID, nickname, photos, profiles, messages, IP address, and location.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. The Administration is not responsible for:
- Actions of other users
- Accuracy of information in profiles
- Consequences of real-life meetings
- Technical failures and data loss
- Moral or material damage
8. Premium Subscription
8.1. Free Bonus Access:
- Invite a friend — get Premium status free for 30 days
- Premium bonuses: extended limits, Premium badge, priority
8.2. Premium Subscription:
- Premium subscription provides access to additional features (expanded profile limits, photos, pinned placement, Premium badge, priority in chat queue)
- The price depends on the payment platform and selected period. The current price is displayed before payment and specified in the Public Offer
- Payment methods: Telegram Stars, VK Votes, App Store, Google Play
- Payment is considered acceptance of the offer
- Subscription terms: Public Offer
- Refund terms: Refund Policy
8.3. Refunds:
- The user may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from the payment date
- After 7 days, a full refund is not possible

8.4. Validity Period:
Bonus features are valid for 30 days from activation.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the design, code, and logos belong to the Administration. Copying without permission is prohibited.
User-created content remains the user's property, but you grant the Service a license to use it.
10. Termination of Use
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account:
- Use the deletion function in the application
- Or write to @Vorobey_444
Data is deleted within 30 days.
11. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the user's country of residence. The Service is intended for users from CIS countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Moldova.
Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the user's country.
